We moved into our new Canopy home 2.5 months ago now. The process was smooth from start to finish. We initially met Kristin at another Canopy open house, and after telling her about what we were looking for, she suggested a few other properties that were in various stages of the building process. We toured one of the properties she suggested, and it was exactly what we were looking for.
Andy Duncan was our project manager and he was very easy to work with, answered questions we had and communicated timing and stuck to the timelines that were set out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with the Canopy team. From start to finish, Hannah, Kristen, and Ben made the contracting process seamless and were always available to answer questions. They patiently guided us through different options and lot selections, helping us feel confident in every decision along the way.
Our Project Manager, Hugh, was exceptional. He kept us informed throughout the process, and demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and attention to detail. It was clear he genuinely cares about the quality of the homes he builds.

They are building next door to me and one of the workers accidentally hit a sprinkler of mine along the road. I called Canopy and Edwin had someone there the next day to fix it. Stand up people, was genuinely pleased with how courteous they were about it.
