Called the company and described the problem with the toilet acting like it was clogged when flushed and possible issues with the handle. The company was completely booked for the day, but put me on standby in case an appointment opened up, which it did. I was also fine with waiting to meet with a plumber the following day. The plumber came in and was very respectful and made sure to listen to my concerns with the toilet. They explained that the toilet is a low flush toilet, with the advantage being that it saves on water but does not produce a strong flush when being used. I have now had the benefit of Batton’s expertise multiple times. They did a masterful and elegant job of installing a water heater in a tight space. No problem. A broken poorly installed toilet flange originally put in when the place was built was revised with can-do spirit. No problem. One could not ask for a more obliging and cheerful tradesman than Robert. And communication was pleasant and prompt between the office and crew. Honesty, fairness and good service. All good. No problem.

Had an emergent scenario with two tubs backing up and two toilets overflowing on 8/27/25. Batton Plumbing was reasonably priced, knowledgable, courteous, with a rapid response.
