I have never experienced such an unprofessional service person. The technicians name was Mark and he told me from the minute I meant him at the door that he couldn’t fix my dryer before he even looked at it. I would think twice before using this company.Service: Washer/dryer repair

The repairman for this company was so unprofessional. Not only did they come a day early the repairman text me five minutes before he showed up. Upon showing up he argued with me for a good five minutes about my warranty company through geek squad. Long story short my refrigerator coils were frozen and the only thing he did was peek inside and say well fist thing your doing wrong is trying to turn your fridge into a freezer and was extremely demeaning thinking I know nothing about refrigerators and then his only “ repair” was to ” unplug it and defrost it”. This was the last repair before my warranty company would approve their “lemon law” policy and when I mentioned it to him he and I quote said “ good luck with that you will never get that” … well I did get that accomplished and this repairman did nothing and was completely unhelpful!Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

LG selected ATS for warranty service for my LG TV . They sent tech out in three days to diagnose problem. They promptly ordered part and installed it within a week of diagnosis. Service was prompt and professional. Thanks to ATI. Shawn was the very knowledgeable and professional tech.

Positive experience with ATS. They fulfilled an extended warranty claim on our washer dryer and successfully diagnosed the problem, which was the wall outlet and not the appliance itself. Our tech Shawn was professional, knowledgeable, on-time and thorough. I had to reschedule my first appointment which was an effortless request and I'd use ATS again.Service: Washer/dryer repair

I have to say I was skeptical to use ATS after reading some of these Google reviews, but since the last company Lowes sent to do warranty work was a disaster I decided to try ATS. The experience was nothing short of excellent. My technician Shawn Duck was very informative from the diagnosis of the issue with my ice maker right up to the installation of the new part. The company kept me informed with part ordering and appointment scheduling. I was very pleased with entire process dealing with ATS. I hope my appliances keep working but should they fail ATS is the company I will be using. I recommend this company for all your appliance repair needs.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

The worst appliance repair company ever! He fixed the wrong knob on my stove! He pulled the stove away from the wall and refused to push it back. He said he had to order a part and after he left my stove did not work at all. Run from this company....

If I could give zero stars I would. Watch for the bait and switch. Gave me a fixed price, once I put money down for them to come out, they added to the bill. Owner was on the phone, rude

I just had an exceptional service call from a very knowledgeable technician, Shawn. He was a fantastic diagnostician and took the time to explain the situation with my dryer in-depth to me. I have had many service calls in my day, and this company and Shawn stand way above the crowd! My request for service was placed on Friday and I was the first one scheduled for Monday morning! Thank you !

I called ATS and they were very responsive to come out the same day and I really appreciated that service. While they were responsive to come out the same day they charged me upfront for the service $107, which I was not very happy about, but I did anyway to get an analysis of the status of my refrigerator. When Mark the tech arrived, he diagnosed in less that 5 min the situation that my compressor was dying. Gave me a verbal estimate of $698 for labor only and could not tell me what the cost of the compressor would be which he guessed could be another couple hundred dollars. I immediately, thought the price was exorbitant and my common sense told me that I should call the manufacturer and that I could buy a new refrigerator for the price he was quoting me. He then told me he was in demand that I needed to decide immediately and right then I felt pressured to decide and uncomfortable with having to decide such a large amount. I said no and thanked him and asked him to leave. I then called the manufacture which I should have done anyway, not sure I didn't in the first place, but when I called the manufacture they told me that yes my warranty did expire but because it was the compressor failing, that I was covered for all parts and labor free. When the LG tech arrived, I told him of my experience with getting this analysis from a company previous and he told me a good point about "professional courtesy" should have been explained to me by Mark from ATS that on the front of my refrigerator it says "Linear Warranty" as defined as: "Instead of guarantees that end after 10 or 20 years, a Linear Performance Guarantee represents a continually decreasing performance guarantee. This guarantees a maximum performance reduction of a fixed percentage over a period of 25 years."Your response to my post is incorrect. It was never recommended to me to call the manufacturer as a "professional courtesy", nor any question as to how long I owned the refrigerator. Nothing by Mark was ever brought up about the appliance being a "Linear Warranty" appliance. I learned of that warranty only when the LG tech explained it to me. Your reply is untruthful.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
