Loved the beginners class I took here and the precious cats 🥹 felt included and the teacher helped me go upside down. Cant wait to go back once im more settled in my new home.

An great healing experience for me with the Aerial Hammock exercises and classes of Yoga: Nidra with Sound Bath and Gentle Roll & Release. Both teachers Melissa and Patricia are amazing, professionals and with many years of experience. Also, Massage Therapy by Melissa is top of the line. Totally recommend this studio.

I found this studio when I was doing a search for yoga studios and it popped up. It sounded fun so I signed up for a 90 minute fundamentals class. Melissa (the owner) was also the instructor and was very thorough in demonstrating and making sure everyone was safe before proceeding. The studio is impeccably clean even tho there are cats that run the place. Loved that one sat under me the whole class time. Melissa loves what she does and has a great personality. Her customer service skills are excellent which is why my class ended up being 3 hours long but it was a relaxing 3 hours. Definitely got my moneys worth and will go back again and again and again.
