My AC unit was leaking and Julio Nieves came to the rescue. Extremely professional and polite. Julio was very punctual and he was able to identify and correct the problem rather quick. Excellent attention from Mr. Julio Nieves, very professional, very polite, excellent service, super satisfied with the service. 5 stars for him. I would like to mention the operator Gabriela Diaz, super attentive, excellent service, concerned about following up on requirements. Mrs. Madeline Huff doesn't answer the phone, I got tired of calling her and she didn't help me. and the Spanish Operator who assisted me needs to be more courteous and friendly.
