Great service from Jose at security. Our cameras disconnected from the WiFi due to switching them. Took a little while for them to pick up, but once Jose picked up the call he guided me step by step to reconnect the cameras, it was such a slow process and was so patient with me. 10/10 service, hopefully anyone that calls in for service gets him to help
