We have used K&R for both residential and commercial work. They did a shower conversion on our home and it was absolutely flawless from start to finish. They installed the necessary bracing for the safety rails, properly supported under the shower pan to prevent flex. The shower conversion was for my elderly mother and it was perfect. For our commercial property we have used them to clean and maintain our drainage system and service clogged drains.often times at odd hours due to the nature of our business. Every single time we have experienced fast, professional service. They will always be my first call.
K & R Plumbing of Saint Cloud truly came through for us when we needed help the most. We had a broken pipe in the evening and couldn’t find another company with after-hours availability—meaning we would have had to leave our water off all night. Thankfully, K & R Plumbing answered our call right away and had someone out within a couple of hours.
Their communication throughout the process was excellent, which made a stressful situation much easier. Chris, the plumber who came out, was experienced, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. He quickly assessed the issue and got everything resolved efficiently.
