I had duct work and a new a/c installed today. I have to compliment all the installers that worked at my home. They were very polite and were easy to talk to. Any questions were answered and at no time did I feel that I was bothering them. I would definitely recommend Frank's A/C to my friends and family. Thanks for a job well done !!!

Almost a year ago, Jean and Fernando were at the house at 7 am sharp as promised. They worked as a team, one worked on the outside and the other on the air handler. They explained what the plan for the day and worked through constantly until the job was done by 4:30 pm. They dismantled the old unit and cleaned after their work. Jean installed the new thermostat and showed me how to connect to WiFi. They guaranteed the duct system is all sealed well. Jessica from the office was also very helpful in setting appointments and sending documents. They were all polite, courteous, knowledgeable and kind.
