Cloud Care Medicine provides quality care with a personal touch. Patients praise doctors such as Cheryl and Dr. Christopher Simon for being great and thorough. The office is described as cute, clean, and having friendly staff, including a nice front desk lady and excellent medical assistants. While phone responsiveness could be improved, patients are generally very pleased with their experiences.
After my primary care physician retired, I struggled for months to find the right practice. Then recently, based solely on the reviews I saw through various platforms, I decided to make an appointment at Cloud Care Medicine. From my initial interaction with Emily at the front desk to Stephany, Director of Operations, followed by the rest of the team at CCM, it was impressive to experience firsthand the warm hospitality, attention to detail and care that a patient can only dream about. Needless to say that I would highly recommend Cloud Care Medicine to anyone who yearns for a more intimate practice filled with staff who genuinely care for their patient's health and well being.
