I do not appreciate staff speaking in Spanish during my visit. We speak English in the United States. In public speak English. At home speak whatever you want. I just find it disrespectful to be speaking to someone and they speak a foreign language that I do not understand. If you’re working with the public you are expected to speak to them in english here in the U.S.
Love to visit my St. Cloud Clinic. Everybody is friendly and shows positive attitude. Dr. Vargas has been my PCP for the past 3 years and I have always a good expierience under his care. Only thing I have to complain is that I was notified today that he will no longer be my PCP anymore due to restructure process within the company. I have private insurance where I can choose my PCP and I don't think is fair specially having to start from zero again.
Incredible attention, Dr. Alexis Gonzalez is very attentive and precise when evaluating 100% recommended, and the very pleasant nurses who make up the office team make your visit a pleasant experience.
