2. the waiting room was very clean
3. had to wait less than 5 minutes for my appointment
4. staff was super welcoming
5. the dental hygienist answered all my questions patiently and made the entire process very comfortable for me, she is very sweet and accommodating
6. Dr Pottle is very kind and does not give you a list with 1000 things to fix, he explains what your issues are and what he recommends to do moving forward
