Great staff and front desk. First visit no post op instructions given after biopsy and no results until I called them. The surgical team was the best. Sara the nurse was so kind and caring.Left cancer free! Highly recommend!

Please remember you can uphold your policies without making families feel less than. In the future, don’t say “only a biological mother/father can check in their child for their appointment,” you can say “the legal guardian must be present.”Not all children are raised by a “biological mother/father,” some children are raised by grandparents, other family members, or they were adopted, OR they live in an inclusive- blended household.

Great doctors--but the administrative procedures are such a MESS that you stop caring about how good the medical staff is. You're asked to do online check in -- but then the staff has ZERO access to anything you provide in online check in. You have to repeatedly fill out the same mountain of paperwork every single time you come in. You can't reach anyone on the phone without at least a half dozen attempts. Don't come here unless you're prepared to be driven nuts by the procedures.
