While I was VERY nervous about my cyst on my neck, Dr. Polich and his staff made me feel at home and welcome. I should’ve gotten their names but the two ladies who assisted Dr. Polich with the drainage of my cyst (especially the trainee) were very lovely and kind! My skin healed beautifully and I’m so happy that I came here to get it removed. Definitely gained a friend here!
I had issues with making online co-payment, didn't go through.I was not informed my prescriptions wouldn't be sent to the pharmacy until the end of day.Otherwise, I was able to an appointment next day, compare to the Hunters Creek office, end of October.
