SARVEC is an emergency veterinary clinic that provides compassionate and professional care for pets in need. The staff is known for their kindness and understanding, treating both pets and their owners like family. One customer shared a deeply emotional experience when their cat had to be put down on a Sunday, praising the staff for their support and compassion during a difficult time. Another customer highlighted a quick visit on a Saturday night, noting that the staff, especially Preston (Vet Tech) and Dr. Pokorny, were friendly and thorough, even following up with details of the visit by email.
Additionally, a customer with a dog named Halo experienced severe GI issues and found the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when the dog was sick in the waiting room. They were seen quickly, and the vet provided fantastic care while keeping costs reasonable for emergency treatment at midnight. SARVEC continues to receive high praise for their reasonable pricing and professional service, making it a recommended choice for pet owners in need of after-hours care.
SARVEC was nothing short of exceptional, I had to take my puppy on Easter Sunday with a possible foreign body. Dr. Pokorny and tech Jyla (I hope I spelled this right) were knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. The young man at the check in desk was exceptional as well. Nobody wants to spend their holiday in the ER, but the staff made the experience as pleasant as possible. Beautiful facility and great prices. Thank you to SARVEC staff for being there during stressful times and working tirelessly on a holiday. You guys were amazing and doing gods work for sure. Would recommend to anyone.

On December 19, 2025, my 7 yr old Black Lab got into a bag of dark chocolates. Ate the whole bag! They got him in within the hour and got him to expel all of it. After an IV and meds to stop him from throwing up anymore, we were able to take him home. Friendly, professional and very reasonably priced!

If I can give them more stars, I totally would. My cat came in having seizures, and Dr. Rowe and assistant Bella were so amazing and so helpful and extremely loving to my baby. They gave me as much as they could for the money that I had and made sure my baby was comfortable And had the right medicines for him to take home. This is not the first time I’ve been here. I have been here before with a few of my cats. And They’er amazing every time. I completely recommend coming here. I wish they could be my full-time vet. They don’t look at the money They look at how they can help our furry family members … Thank you so much Doctor Rowe and assistant Bella, for being… read full review
