very kind and caring staff, Kai was very clear and helpful on what needed to be done. they saved my dogs life and gave me more time with him to face the next steps. a short wait but was never left in the dark or spoken down to when the prices started to climb. he was taken in immediately, they worked with me and gave me time to accept his fate. the dr was clear, upfront and honest. i appreciate them and would recommendthem for emergencies

My sister and I had to go in last night as my cat randomly stopped using her legs and dr Giusti and Gracie helped us so much. They thought she was diabetic at first, she comes back clear, so they did blood tests, that came back clear. At that point we had been there I think around 3 hours, but they had been so kind and helpful we honestly hadn’t noticed. They came in and talked to us every 30 minutes at least to just update us on everything and make sure we didn’t have questions. They finally found out what was wrong with a x ray and we got meds started.
