With incredible results, Nicole, the instructor, defines and fixes issues by pinpointing the source through thorough evaluations and effective techniques. She is knowledgeable about body systems and provides therapy to relieve pain, teaching clients how to walk, move, and exercise in a way that strengthens and corrects posture habits. With a passion for helping people, Nicole helps clients achieve better, pain-free health by treating the whole body and providing tools for self-strengthening.

I have been going to Nicole for at least the last 9 years. She helped me get through my last 9 years of work before I had to have a knee replacement. Then she did my PT after that surgery, then my PT after I broke my hip a year later and finally helped me recover from surgery after a ruptured appendix. She is super knowledgeable and very hands on.
