Ashley is the best! I joke with her that whatever she does is witch craft. Trust the process along with her amazing skills and the results will worth it! Not your typical “spa” massage…it is WAY better!
If you want a relieving massage, Ashley is your massage therapist. My first massage with her was amazing. She is knowledgeable, explains all techniques but more so always asks if you’re comfortable. I have a few medical conditions and seek weekly massage for relief. My first massage today was very good, she understood my issues and provided care around my issues. For the first time, she was patient getting to know my issues. Having massages for years, Ashley is definitely top notch. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is clean. The bedding and oils smell amazing!
Dr. Speer is different than any chiropractor I've seen. I expected him to create a large schedule of all the times i needed to come to get better. Instead, he got to the root of the problem quickly and taught me what to do at home to heal. His hands on, PT-type technique gives you the flexibility to receive the type of care you want, whether every day, every week or once a month. I highly recommend him!
