“Overall very pleased with the result of our screening in project. After the quote was accepted (with install before Christmas and military discount offered) Daniel arrived the day before and did a pre-install visit. Measurements were taken, questions answered and arrival time tweaked. He made sure he had my number in case arrival time was delayed due to materials not ready for pickup. He and his co-tech arrived within the specified time and the professionally done job was completed in about 4.5 hours. Impeccable attention to detail for install, cleanup. One small followup job remains to change out non-stainless tapcons on threshhold. My only critique was communication was abit disjointed with the office, but as it is a busy time of the year this is understandable. The pre-install visit was not scheduled and I shudder to think if I had not been home perhaps the job would not have been done on time. We will be enlisting Goode Bros services for other projects!“
