I have dealt with numerous contractors in my time and have to say that Mike Caruso is one of the easiest and best I've worked with. He quoted the job (great price by the way), did all the required paperwork (including what I needed for my HOA approval), and then began work within a few weeks. The job was completed ahead of scheduled and he exceeded all my expectations. In addition, his customer service is outstanding. Great service! We called to get screen replaced with different types of material and some metal. We were able to get scheduled quickly. The work was exemplary and he got it finished very quickly. The price was very fair. We will use him again.
