“My wife and I stopped by Italy Tiles and Marble a few months ago to look at tile for a major remodel of our home in the Hammock area of Palm Coast. The original project already included complete replacement of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and new tile flooring continuous throughout the house, a lot of tile everywhere. Sergio and Patricia quickly produced a very detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and materials to be used.
One of the main reasons we chose ITM is for their general contractor services and it's a good thing we did. This already huge project got even bigger right away when mold was discovered in the HVAC system which led us to basically gutting the entire house and replacing everything. Full replacement of wiring, water lines, HVAC system, roof, gutters, soffit, windows, absolutely everything that could be replaced. We even added a screen room for a hot tub while we were at it.
Of course this involved every building trade there is and Sergio did an excellent job of making things happen as quickly as possible as well as dealing with the extensive permitting and inspection process. Patricia also did a great job helping us through the endless design decisions. The tile work was outstanding throughout and done completely by three of their sons, a real family business.
We are very fortunate to have chosen ITM for this project as it could have been a serious disaster with a less competent contractor. They did a great job at dealing with all the changes and the end result is excellent.“
