Casey is the guy you want on your route!!! So helpful and professional and actually helped us find the issue and treat it (carpenter ants on a magnolia tree in our back yard). He also gave us prevention tips and what to look for in the future. Thank you, Casey!!!!!
Three stars only because the people who show up at your door and do the work are awesome.
It’s the people at the office who I can’t stand. I have no issue with direct but as a paying customer I have an issue with people unwilling to help me. For instance I have an appointment for a set time, but the fellow arrives early. So I call the office and ask if he can, or can I call him to let him know I am on my way back. NO! So I call back can you call him and let him know I am on my way. I am told by an annoying woman with an attitude that they don’t set times for these appointments.
