Everyone was wonderful! We had an urgent need for our girl, and though we are only in town for a short time, the staff did an amazing job working us in. The techs were all fantastic, and Dr. Jones took time and was concerned for our girl. If we lived in the area (we travel full-time) we would absolutely bring all of our animals here!

Having a cat in a waiting room full of dogs.... yeah that's not stress on the cats(that saying "it's a dog eat dog world and we're all wearing Milkbone underwear" kept running through my head ?). 5 stars on EVERYTHING else. Everyone was so smiling and talkative. The follow up phone call and emails are and were appreciated. Everything is pricey these days so taking care of your pets is going to be as well. I've found my pets doctor. ?‍⬛️ ❤️

Dr Norma is wonderful with my babies Charlie and Roxy. She knows her stuff. She's very kind and gentle with my puppies. Which means the world to me. Because my puppies are my kids and my family of course. Highly recommend Dr Norma.
