I began working with Alana after graduating from my Masters program. I was exhausted, depleted, suffering from chronic insomnia, & frustrated from not feeling well for a long time. After 6 weeks of acupuncture treatments & taking Chinese herbs prescribed from Alana, I feel like I have come back to life, that I can study, & am now in a thriving, happy, & healthy relationship after being single for 12 years. Before seeing Alana, I had no other experience with acupuncture & I had no idea what to expect, I just knew I needed help. I had been struggling mentally and emotionally over the passed couple of years from shouldering the care of my father after a dementia diagnosis. I felt like my body was holding on to so much grief & pain that I had lost who I was.
