Rick Mills Heating & Air Conditioning is an honest HVAC company that takes pride in its work. Rick is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about getting the problem solved the right way. He thoroughly inspects the system, explains everything clearly, and fixes the issue without trying to sell something not needed. He is professional, prompt, reasonably priced, and has excellent communication skills. He went above and beyond, working for hours in the brutal heat, and did a fantastic job. He answered all questions, was polite, respectful, and explained the entire process of the repair. He came right over immediately, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it without complaining about working Saturday night, with smiles all the way. No shortcuts, just a great job. Highly recommended for honest service and great customer service. Absolute lifesaver.

We realized my mom’s AC wasn’t cooling properly while Rick Mills was at a neighbor’s house. We gave him a call, and he came over to take a look.

Saturday evening at my mom’s house noticed air wasn’t working. Called Rick from a referral. Said that he was the best and that he cared. Guess what. He did. And he does. He came right over immediately diagnosed the problem Fixed it didn’t complain. About working Saturday night. Smiles all the way during the process. Moms happy. Back in business. Thank you Rick Mills.
