He is professional, prompt, reasonably priced, and has excellent communication skills. He went above and beyond, working for hours in the brutal heat, and did a fantastic job. He answered all questions, was polite, respectful, and explained the entire process of the repair. He came right over immediately, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it without complaining about working Saturday night, with smiles all the way. No shortcuts, just a great job. Saturday evening at my mom’s house noticed air wasn’t working. Called Rick from a referral. Said that he was the best and that he cared. Guess what. He did. And he does.
