They werent locked in a cage the entire time and had SO much outdoor yard time, compared to other places I've had to use in the past (in Ohio). They were so loved and when I checked in on them, I received videos and pictures. I knew they were safe and happy and loved while I was away by Babs and her team and I will never use anyone else. Even though I live a little less than an hour away now, they will always go to Puppy Luv Grooming and it is worth the drive to know they are taken care of.“

“I have three dogs. I have never been so happy with a groomer as we are now that we found Critter Castle. Our dogs always look adorable when we pick them up. We have one dog that doesn't like groomers at all and has nipped in fact. This dog loves her! And he has never looked better. All of our dogs are happy when we pick them up which is a switch from how they behaved after leaving other groomers. I cannot say enough about this place.“
