Our 7 year old rescue puppy mill mama did great here. She was beautifully groomed, calm and trusted her groomer, Erica. Usually, puppy mill dogs are mistrustful, frightened and try to flee due to the abuse they received most of their lives. I think our dog sensed authentic friends of animals at Romi's which is why she was very cooperative and unafraid. We will be returning. It's very reassuring to know we have someone like Erica who, so easily, made a trusting connection with our Tinkerbell.
We are from out of state and our Bichon needed to be groomed. Romi’s Royal Spa was right up the road. We took a chance and boy, was it a good one! Miss Ella looked so cute when we picked her up! They took great care of our senior dog! Will be back next time we’re in town!!
Our pup had never had a professional grooming! A family member told us about Romi's so we tried them. FANTASTIC! These are some of the nicest people you will meet and our shy, skittish girl loved them. She came out of Romi's looking like a movie star! We are definitely regular customers now!
