Well no one’s answer my call light after hour of waiting 1:48 pm on June 29th while I hear miss ghetto ghetto once again yelling at residents how is she employed here is beyond me just last week she walks in my room while I’m on the phone which took my boy everything not to call up here hearing me argue with her about grabbing my caffe cup without asking me saying is “old” you don’t want it… excuse me it’s not old is mine I do want it! She kept going I had to get so upset I never ever cuss anyone I respect all staff I try to be humble and change but she the first to bring me out of character she’s too much! Mitzy, Sheila and Marsha have been an amazing, caring team in facilitating the transfer of my sister Diane to Aspire from the Elance memory care assisted living. Mitzy literally packed her up and moved her in from Elance. Mitzy stayed in communication every day with family until we could get there from out of state. Sheila the director of nursing was very reassuring with her understanding of my sisters needs both medically and cognitively. Marsha the administrator was very hands on and warm and facilitated so many details with Medicaid and all the administrative things that needed to be done to bring this move to fruition.
