Thrive Studio has become one of my favorite places to practice yoga. The energy is warm, supportive, and inclusive, and every class feels intentional and uplifting. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and create a space where everyone feels welcome. I always leave feeling stronger, calmer, and refreshed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great yoga studio

Thrive yoga is by far the BEST and only TRADITIONAL BIKRAM YOGA STUDIO you can find in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and South MIAMI. The instructor, Allen, is so nice and welcoming. She also hosts a breath workshop on Sunday’s before the 8:30am yoga class that is a really nice meditative re-set. It’s a wonderful way to start the week.

Wonderful 26+2 studio! I recently moved from Chicago to Miami looking for a classic Bikram studio. This place exceeded my expectations.
Temperature is good, teachers are great, and the class has great flow with good energy from other practitioners. I like the location as well.
The owner is great too (we were able to connect because she knows some of the yogis back in my hometown). Highly recommend if you're looking to practice this series. Namaste!
