Awful and unprofessional. Scheduled and showed up 4 times (and paid $3 for parking each time), but my service did not to occur, first because building had no power and subsequent times the staff was a No Show. After 2 months, I did receive one of 2 facials, but it was not like other Hydrofacials I've had in the past, there was no water involved in their 'hydrofacial,' but was happy with result and tipped $20. In conclusion, purchased through Groupon, "2 Hydrofacials", but only received one facial, without the hydro.
