The best in Miami! No one does hair like Manny. Perhaps even more importantly he is one of the most amazing, kind and generous souls you could ever encounter. Sitting in his chair is an absolute pleasure that never disappoints!

Manny's Butterfly Salon is truly the best salon in Miami. Manny is a gifted hair stylist who really takes his time with his clients. You are always his focus and it is evident in his work. I recommend Manny and his staff to everybody.

Manny has been doing my hair for six years now and I would never let anyone else cut it (amazing color as well...my recent balyage came out amazing!). Not only is he simply an amazing person who truly cares about his clientele, he has incredible talent. He makes it seem so easy. The salon always has a great energy and offers free parking in a nearby garage. Prices are more than reasonable compared with other salons. If you are in the market for a lifelong hairdresser, Manny is your guy!

Sorry- I had to give this salon a poor rating due to my experience with Melissa ! I went in for a Feb promotion they were having and the day after getting my hair done I realized ALOT of my white/ grey hair was still visible at the hairline. I was so disappointed I had wasted my time, energy and money. I had to call back and say something and try to get it fixed, my results were horrific. I called Melissa and she was very understanding over the phone and told me to come in but when I got to the salon it was a different story. She immediately began saying the grey/white hair was yellow and that she only did what I told her to do (because I had mentioned in the future I had wanted to go lighter). She told me she was a professional and she wouldn't do something I did not want. I was shocked that I was an unsatisfied customer and the only person responsible was blaming me. Clearly I was unhappy with her work, and she was arguing with me. She made me feel worse than I already did. Regardless I was not happy with how she did my hair, I'm sitting here (again) highly unsatisfied and what she did was give me an attitude and a blaming match ! I explained to her I spent $100.00 and wasn't happy, I didn't expect to walk out of a "high end salon" and have grey/ white hair visible. After lots of back and forth on the difference between yellow and grey hair she finally just said she would dye it a darker shade, if that's what I really wanted I should have said it in the first place. I think when a customer comes in unhappy after a "professional" does their job you need to make things right. Fix whatever needs to be fixed. Make sure your customer feels comfortable and most importantly happy! Do whatever you need to do. Don't make them feel bad. Don't argue with them. Don't give them an attitude. Melissa needs a major attitude adjustment if she is working in the salon industry. Melissa was rude, insensitive and very unprofessional. The owner, Manny, was not there but I don't think he would appreciate that his salon is being represented in this way and that a customer was being treated and spoken to in such a manner. I won't be coming back to this salon based on my experience with her and the treatment I received - it was terrible!

I have been doing my hair in Manny's Salon, two things that I really love, my hair stylist Wendy, she is the best, my hair was a mess and now my hair is beautiful, the second thing I love is that the enviroment in the salon is very confortable. Manny, Yoany and Wendy are the best people that I have met, they are sweet, attentive, always with a smile on their faces. Best salon ever!!!
