This is the place that changed my life 10 years ago. I went to Ligia for the first time after my grandfather had passed away and I had felt myself becoming apathetic to a point I didn’t recognize who I was. Tears had not fallen from my eyes in about 1-2 years and the feelings inside me were just numb. The moment I set foot in this sanctuary and walked through that door it was like this place was waiting for me to hug the depths of my soul. Ligia is a fantastic coach for us who are grieving the session of last Friday gave us great tools for dealing with our grief during the upcoming holidays it was very practical information and ways to apply this knowledge.
