Visiting from NYC. As a studio manager and coach of 5 years, this is a top tier F45 studio. Eddie brings his own energy and style to the F45 program while still staying on brand. The studio is beautiful, has new functional racks for weightlifting, and a community that will welcome you in. 10/10.
I’m so incredibly thankful for F45 Coral Gables! I’ve been to other F45 studios before, but nothing compares to this one.
Eddie’s dedication is unmatched—he truly cares about every member and creates an atmosphere that makes you want to show up and push yourself. Michael is amazing at motivating you through every workout, giving that extra push right when you need it most. And honestly, the whole team is fantastic: supportive, knowledgeable, and always bringing the best vibes.
If you want a place where you feel welcomed, challenged, and motivated every single day, F45 Coral Gables is it.
I been coming here because I was interested on building strength and resistance and the Gym was not doing it for me anymore. It’s great to come in and have a complete workout already guided with instructors that will help you out with form and any questions you may have. This is a great experience and I feel I am finally accomplishing my goals!
