Dania Diaz is absolutely amazing, capable, professional, caring and sweet but will fight like a lioness for her clients interests. My experience with her and her capable team was so positive and profitable that I still can’t quite believe it happened so fast. My house sold in a little over a week and that’s pretty amazing considering all the financial upheaval we’re experiencing right now. Her and her team work closely together to achieve the best possible outcome in the shortest possible timeframe. When I first met her she made a presentation that outlined all the steps that were necessary to get the best possible offer in the shortest amount of time. When we agreed to work together she brought in a professional videographer and a photographer that created not only an amazing 3D virtual tour but also a video that made my old home look so appealing I briefly considered taking it off the market because it made me want to live there still. All in all the experience was so good that it was bittersweet to part as our business came to an end. Dania makes you feel like you’re a family member, not just a client and it’s not some sort of a gimmick, she is simply that way, nurturing and caring but a ruthless negotiator when it comes to the finances. I basically did nothing, it was all done for me and when we closed she had made a very special gift for my husband and I that almost brought tears to my eyes.
