I will be brutally honest and say that I am a patient person and I do not like to give conflicts or bad attitudes but the office of Dr. Brian Morrison really put my patience and attitude to the test because it is super difficult to be able to communicate with their office (I have even been on the phone for 1 hour and no answer), added to that they do not commit and do not send the documentation for the pre-authorizations, it is already August and they diagnosed me with a treatment in July that should have started a while ago and to this day I am still without my treatment.

It is really SUPER difficult to communicate with him or his office, they do not give you complete information about the treatments and they also do not do their part in terms of sending documentation for pre-authorizations, more than 30 days and still without being able to pick up the medicines .

My experience with dr. Brian Morrison at sunset office has been horrible. I had an appt at the beginning of march I saw the doctor, he was very professional and take a good care of me in the first visit. After that I can’t contact with the office any more they have a call center system that they can’t transfer the call to anyone, I’m still waiting for any answer, I called every week to check status of my treatment and the told the same every week some will call you back and that never happen. We are almost in may and I did not start my treatment yet, I feel so bad with my health and they don’t show any concern.
