“Vito took a tired old laptop and made it new again. Actually he made it better then it ever had been and for much less then you would spend on a new one and I believe it is better....UPDATE. This computer was my late husband's and I wanted to give it to my granddaughter. It was mailed to her and upon receiving it it didn't work AT ALL. Upon calling Vito he said that he wanted to make sure she had a good computer. He proceeded to get a computer. Programmed it, customized it for my granddaughter and mailed it to her. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He is the best.”

“Wish I had known about this place years ago. Bought a Dell XPS 8930 about 6 years and while it performed well over the years I never like all the Dell propriety crap it came with such as Support Assist and Dell backing up my PC to their server - and the inability to use Msoft restorer. Their customer service was a nightmare and every tech I spoke with over the years always contradicted each other. My system recently crashed (which was a blessing) because it led me to RST. From the get go Ron was pretty certain it was the NVME card but he went through a full steam lengthy diagnostic (almost 2 days) and it was the NVME. However, when I got it home I ran into a problem and he fixed it remotely - the problem being (unbeknownst to me) my PC was seeing 2 displays when in fact I only have one. I can only imagine Dell tech support trying to fix this. My PC has never run better or this fast! Essentially, I got a brand new computer for a little over $200.00. Thank you very much Ron. I will certainly use you as a referral. I will be bringing my old Toshiba laptop to him next week.”
