“Amazing! My PS5's HDMI port failed and Sony wanted $279 + Tax + Shipping to repair it (basically the price of a brand new console; ridiculous). So I did some searching and came across TDR. At first I thought they might be a scam, but the more I searched and spoke with their customer support, the more confident I became. They were extremely professional, responsive, and efficient. They have flat-rate shipping available on their website for $25, and the cost of repair was $109. So for ~$175 I got my console perfectly repaired. Also, the repaired it and shipping it back to me the same day that it arrived!! If anyone is looking for an alternative to greedy Sony, look no further. Very happy that I trusted TDR with my console.
