This computer was my late husband's and I wanted to give it to my granddaughter. It was mailed to her and upon receiving it it didn't work AT ALL. Upon calling Vito he said that he wanted to make sure she had a good computer. He proceeded to get a computer. Programmed it, customized it for my granddaughter and mailed it to her.
