“Wish I had known about this place years ago. Bought a Dell XPS 8930 about 6 years and while it performed well over the years I never like all the Dell propriety crap it came with such as Support Assist and Dell backing up my PC to their server - and the inability to use Msoft restorer. Their customer service was a nightmare and every tech I spoke with over the years always contradicted each other. My system recently crashed (which was a blessing) because it led me to RST. From the get go Ron was pretty certain it was the NVME card but he went through a full steam lengthy diagnostic (almost 2 days) and it was the NVME. However, when I got it home I ran into a problem and he fixed it remotely - the problem being (unbeknownst to me) my PC was seeing 2 displays when in fact I only have one. I can only imagine Dell tech support trying to fix this. My PC has never run better or this fast! Essentially, I got a brand new computer for a little over $200.00. Thank you very much Ron. I will certainly use you as a referral. I will be bringing my old Toshiba laptop to him next week.”
