My mother recently passed away. We had done some pre-planning with Reese which was painless and everything we asked for went off without a problem. We asked for a person that could say a few words at my mom’s funeral and the person they recommended did an incredible job. Everything was great but there were a few items that made end a little rough. They have a 3rd party DNA product that they offer but they don’t seem to fully understand it. For some things we paid the funeral home but for the person who spoke we had to reach out and pay her directly. It would be much easier to pay the funeral home and let them pay everyone.
