Wow! Very quick response and was able to be scheduled the same day for an issue with our refrigerator! Not everyone services Samsung products, but Capital Appliance does! Technician was extremely professional and very knowledgeable! Thank you!

Today we had our first experience with Capital Appliance in Seminole (Jeannie and Cory)We had 4 appliances (out of warranty of course) that needed attention.Within an hour and a half , Cory had identified the problems with all four!One he was able to repair in real time, another was scheduled for install upon receipt of parts, one no longer has parts available but still works to meet our needs and the fourth was not worth repairing for the age and cost!He further advised us on the dishwasher purchase and install/efficiency and parts availability.We have been in our house for 40 years and this was the most pleasant home repair / service interaction to date.Cory was affable,...read full review
