I had the privilege of speaking to Jasmin today. I have an appointment this week for my oven to be repaired. I noticed last night I noticed one of the burners on my stovetop wasn’t working. I called High End Service today and asked if I can have the issue with my stovetop looked at by the technician as well. Jasmin said that the schedule was fully booked but she will speak to her supervisor and she will call me back. In fact. she did call me back and was able to add the additional appointment. I am so pleased.

George came to fix my freezer. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable! He was also very careful to keep everything clean while he worked. I felt it was a good value. And I would use him again!
