“Today was my first day to have the opportunity to become a patient of Chen Dental. My bridge had fallen out first thing this morning (Front tooth)and I was in a bad situation, if you know what I mean. I then asked my wife to call and see when I could get in to have it repaired. the young lady asked if I could come in right away, it takes a lot to impress me I guess am old-school,I have been around the block a couple of times. I was so impressed with everything from the moment I walked in.The welcome I received ,The kindness I received.and being treated with respect from everyone , The positive feeling I felt from the staff. The Honesty, I felt from everyone as if I was a Real person, not just a number.everyone was so professional. it blows my mind how beautiful and incredible The waiting room is , I honestly didn’t feel as though I was at the dentist, now some of you know what I mean.
