Jeff took one look and already knew what the problem was, he was not hopeful that he could get the stain out because it was rust from the faucet hook-up from underneath the sink. He took pictures of the problem, sent me the pictures he took to show me the problem for my records, Jeff gave us our options, and ACE did not charge us for the visit or his time at our house.
