“The prompt response and service provided by CIA Access is nothing but impressive!!! I called on Saturday... their office was closed at the time so I didn't expect to hear from them until Monday. I was wrong - they returned my call on Saturday after! Then I would been happy if they would have come out by the end of the week but I was wrong again! The schedule is for Tuesday but then they had a cancellation and they were here late Monday after! And the service tech was friendly, fixed the issue quickly and even gave me a brief education! Bottom line, CIA made a GREAT first impression! Hence, they will be our service team for years to come!!!“
