I had a wonderful experience at Zen Blossom! Michelle was very knowledgeable, punctual and professional all while creating a soothing and relaxing experience. My first session was for a massage which left me feeling relaxed and took away my pain...the next session was a facial...I really liked the quality of the products and her attention to detail. After agreeing to a change of time requested by owner for an appointment for a brow consultation I drove in an horrendous storm and arrived 10 minutes early for the scheduled appointment. After sitting in reception area for a few minutes the hallway door opened and I informed the woman of my name and appointment. This person didn't respond and walked back closing the hallway door. After waiting another 15 minutes I entered hallway trying to find someone. After walking back and forth several times with several people looking up but no communication I returned to and again sat in reception area. After another 15 minutes I tried calling, only receiving a recording to leave a message. Finally after a total of 45 minutes waiting I left to drive home in the continuing storm.

Michelle has created ease in my life. I have been a monthly client of hers for about a year and follow the face reality skin regimen she is certified in. I am very happy with the results I have seen and the protocol she prescribed for me. I own and operate a mobile dog grooming business and bc of my somewhat ‘dirty job’ my skin suffers. I also have limited time for self-care. I do not get my hair dyed, nails done, or any other beauty treatments but I will not skip my monthly facial and eyebrow shaping with Michelle. She restores my skin and helps me stay on a consistent routine. Her calm energy and good-natured personality are very soothing. I also am neurodivergent and do not enjoy touch or massage and she completely understands this and respects it.
I am very grateful to have found such a caring individual who immediately made me feel comfortable in her presence. She is a gift and I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling in finding a good routine for their skincare.
It is easy to schedule an appointment with her and parking at her location is abundant. I will also add that I find her pricing very fair.
