Rico did 2 of my friends and my sisters tattoo while on vacation this year and I was immensely impressed by his professionalism and the shop was clean and had a great vibe and everyone was friendly to all of the guests there. Highly recommend!!

First time at the south location and it was awesome. Grim did an amazing job on a traditional piece as well as lettering with grey shading. The colors really pop and it's cool seeing all the high tech tools the shop uses. Definitely coming back again.

While I don’t go into things with expectations, I definitely did not expect to have this kind of experience at a tattoo shop. My partner and I were on vacation and wanted to get a cute, small, matching tattoo. We waited for a while before we were helped, and it felt like they pulled the black guy from the back closet to help us. He was nice, but very inexperienced. He also was wishy-washy with the pricing - gave me one price before we started, but when I said I no longer wanted the additional tattoo I planned to get (because of his lack of experience) he changed the price of the tiny tattoo we did get (which wasn’t even what we wanted, because he messed up, not listening to us even though we were very clear.) It felt like a total slap in the face - my partner and I have many tattoos all over our bodies, including our hands! - and to see that and set us up with a nervous, inexperienced “artist” because he’s black & we’re black is unacceptable. For the artist to treat us as if we’ve never had a tattoo before or that we don’t have a voice in our art, is also unacceptable. Lastly, the tattoo did not heal properly because he may have went too deep with the needle, and he also weirdly applied the second skin (which we asked him to fix twice, being worse each time). Now we have to go out of our way to get a cover-up. This was the simplest tattoo ever, and he messed it up, and then tried to charge us up for it. I/we will not be returning to this shop nor will we be referring this shop to anyone. What a waste!

been going to z edge for like 2 years now and gotten 3 nose piercings with them (each nostril and my septum) and it’s been great every time. i’ve always just walked in and they are super nice and accommodating and usually have little wait times. hailey did my first 2, nostril and septum and she’s so great, very precise and calming! had jay today and he was totally cool and did a great job on my other nostril. environment is very chill and the artists and piercers are helpful and efficient, always willing to work with you and cracking jokes in the meantime. will definitely go back :)

Went for my first tattoo today. Showed Grimm a picture and he duplicated it perfectly. He and the staff were very friendly. I am super satisfied with the end result. Would recommend anyone to go in and get a consult. Thank you Grimm!!!!
