Dr. Allen is incredible. I am an athlete who was struggling with tightness and loss of mobility throughout my legs and back. It was severly affecting my performance. A friend of mine, who has been a patient of Dr. Allen's for years and an athlete himself, recommended Dr. Allen. I gave Dr. Allen a call that afternoon and he immediately sent me a detailed flexibility/mobility plan that I could begin working on daily until I was able to see him in person. I saw immediate (within the day) results from this plan. Dr. Frank Allen is an absolute miracle worker. His knowledge is unparalleled and his approach is nothing short of amazing. I have battled with shoulder movement and pain for the past 25 years. Upon considering that it might be rotator cuff issues, I decided to give physical therapy a chance. My 25 years of pain is gone and my strength and mobility is back. Thank you Dr. Frank!!!

Dr. Frank is extremely thorough and knowledgeable in the sports injury space. His attention to detail, listening skills and ability to adapt to the issues being discussed, separate him from his peers. Highly recommended.
