Tony Vargas has been there for my 102++ year old mother over the last year providing assistance in the form of providing aides to attend to her in her apartment. He went above and beyond to visit her while she was in rehab for a fracture of her spine and has been nothing but a gentleman, courteous and seemingly always available when called. I would recommend him and Whitsysms without hesitation.

The Whitsyms agency is beyond amazing. The minute that I talked with Jackie, I felt reassured, understood, and confident that Jackie and this agency would be of great comfort and help to us. Jackie gave us her number, told us to call her anytime, responded quickly, was very friendly, found us night help immediately, and omg, just handled everything perfectly. She was clear and transparent, about timing, cost, content of the care, etc. This has not been my experience with other home care agencies. I would recommend Whitsyms SO highly. Never having hired an aide before, we had a lot of reservations (not to mention questions). Thanks to Jackie's patience and the details she elicited from us, we were paired with the perfect person. She was completely transparent about pricing, gave us her personal mobile in case any problems arose after hours or on weekends, and the company checked in regularly. Highly recommend Jackie and this company.
