Just got a cold call from teresa at this company and when I expressed that I was uninterested in a polite manner & thanked her for her time she rudely hung up on me. Don’t cold call if you can’t handle rejection, especially when it’s polite rejection. Since that’s how staff treats people, i will definitely never be using this company and will definitely let people know about this interaction.

I have used West Coast Window cleaning for years with excellent service. This year I called a couple times. I got an answering service that said I would get a phone call or email message. It has been over a month with no answer. Finally this week I get a text. I called the company again and asked them to call or email to make an appointment. Nothing. Well another company is doing my windows...so don't bother calling back Charles.Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

We have used West Coast Window Cleaning for several years. They have been very professional and thorough in their work. We have quite a large number of windows and sliding glass doors. They remove and clean the screens, wash the windows inside and out as well as the threshholds of the SGDoors before reinstalling the screens. From time to time we also have them clean our ceiling fans in each room. Charles runs his company like each home is his own.
