Very happy with my pool. I reached out to several different companies for quotes and from the start I got the impression Ritzcraft would be easy to work with. And it did not disappoint - from the quotation process through punch list. TJ was my rep and he was very quick to answer any questions. One thing I didn’t want to deal with was being handed off to a project manager after the sale. That is what other companies do, but not Ritzcraft. TJ oversaw everything from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
