I went into Visionworks after purchasing 2 pairs of glasses from another optical store. I had to have both of my pairs remade and they still weren't right. The optician Collen Austin took her time and carefully measured and fitted me with great frames. The lenses were progressive and transition and she educated me on progressive lenses since they were new to me. I can see great now and learned a lot about frame sizes and fitment. I highly recommend Visionworks in Lakewood Ranch and suggest visiting Colleen if you're having problems with your current glasses.
I had a wonderful experience during my recent vision exam! The staff was friendly, the appointment was quick and thorough, and they use great technology. A special shout-out to Colleen Austin who was super helpful and patient while setting up my new vision wear, she definitely made the final process easy and enjoyable!
