The mission of Vintage Paws is ​"Saving senior dogs...four paws at a time by providing a sanctuary for displaced senior dogs to live out their lives with dignity surrounded by the loving care they deserve," and the team fulfills it beautifully. Jennifer and the volunteer board put it so much time to rescue, treat, care for, and find homes for these sweet senior dogs. I have volunteered a couple of times so far - walking/cuddling the dogs. There are loads of volunteer opportunities - delivering food to shut-ins with pets, driving the senior dogs to vet appointments, events, and much more. What an amazing place! Everyone has the biggest heart caring for senior rescues as well as doggy day care! Very heartwarming stories and excellent programs for adoptions and fostering!

I've never been here but I love that there is a place that helps senior dogs with out a home. I have a senior dog and he needs me more now then he ever did. I'm very much saddened when I think about the old pups who have either been abandon, lost their owner, or said owner just can not afford the CRAZY amount of money a senior doggie can cost, and have to surrender them because they are just hoping if they do so, then they might get the care they really need that the owner just can not afford. So I wish I could afford to give so much more but I have my own old man to worry about. I'm thankful for a place like this. I wish there were more. I wish I could do more.
